Hotel description

The residence lies in the heart of a pine forest, close to the golf course, salt-water lake and ponds. Pierre & Vacances Domaine du Golf de Pinsolle consists of 5 buildings (where most apartments overlook the golf course and some overlook the swimming pool), and houses (all of which have a terrace). Unwind in the swimming pool where you will find deckchairs and beach umbrellas, subject to availability. The half-timbered architecture, with wood railings painted in typical local colours and red fluted tiles, is in keeping with the traditional Landes style, and blends perfectly with the surroundings. The warm, welcoming interior is also typical of the region.

Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes: Beds made for arrival. Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay. Mid-stay cleaning. Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with: Folding baby cot with 1 sheet. Highchair.

Comments

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 09:00 until 12:00 and 17:00 until 19:00 Sunday to Friday and from 08:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 20:00 on Saturdays. The reception is closed on Wednesdays in April and October. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
